Our mode of operation is as follows:
We collect contributions (Premium) from employers, employees and voluntary subscriber's We pay capitation and fees on behalf of the insured to health care providers or health facilities e.g. hospitals, Clinics, x-ray facilities, blood banks, laboratories etc. We ensure that all contributors receive proper preventive and curative care We investigate complaints from patients and employers and ensure proper arbitration. We relate to the National Health Insurance Scheme, which has overall responsibility for quality control and supervision of services of healthcare providers.
