  • Set goals with your doctor to lower your cholesterol.
  • Eat less saturated fat (eg meat and diary product).
  • Eat more vegetables, grains and monounsaturated fat (eg olive and canola oil).
  • Exercise Regularly.
  • Drink alcohol only in moderation.
  • Stop Smoking.
