A detailed list of Approved Specialist Services is available in our "Schedule of Allowances". Claims from the providers are processed based on the tariff in our "Schedule of Allowances".

The Claims request sent to Multishield must include :

• Name of the patient
• Identity of the patient
• An Authorisation Code
• An accompanying detailed Medical Report

Your claims should reach Multishield Limited not later than end of first week in the following month. Please, endeavour to allow a 2 week period for the processing of your Claims.

Claims from the Providers outside Lagos should be forwarded to the nearest Multishield Office in your Geopolitical zone.
